Maufacturer Needed for Ruffle Baby Bloomers and Pettiskirts

we are a company in Australia and require a manufacturer for ruffled baby bloomers. We are also seeking a supplier of pettiskirts for babies and toddlers.
The baby bloomers are our first major item we wish to launch, depending on costings will also depend on order and fabric used plus colours.
We would require our logo on all items a size/fabric tag to be added.
This would be a long on going project so we would use the manufacturer for all our items. We would also be looking at designing our own fabric and can possibly ship this to you for use on the bloomers.
